CW624N is a leaded brass alloy commonly designated as CZ130, also known as CuZn43Pb2Al. It is a duplex (alpha-beta phase) brass with added aluminium for improved strength and tarnish resistance.

Fabrication and Machinability
Very good machinability (~90% relative to CZ121/CW614N)
Excellent hot workability, suitable for hot extrusion and forming complex profiles
Poor to fair cold workability
Excellent soldering and brazing capabilities
Welding is not recommended except for limited types
Good corrosion resistance and tarnish resistance due to aluminium content
