C6161

C6161 is a high-strength aluminium bronze alloy with excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, widely used in heavy-duty industrial and marine applications.

Chemical Composition

• Copper (Cu): 83.0 – 90.0%

• Aluminium (Al): 7.0 – 10.0%

• Iron (Fe): 2.0 – 4.0%

• Manganese (Mn): 0.50 – 2.0%

• Nickel (Ni): 0.50 – 2.0%

• Lead (Pb): Max 0.02%

• Total of Cu, Al, Fe, Mn, Ni ≥ 99.5%

Mechanical Properties

• Tensile Strength: Minimum 590 MPa

• Elongation: Minimum 25%

• Hardness (Brinell): Minimum 130 HBW
