CW306G is a high-strength aluminium bronze alloy, also designated as CuAl10Fe3Mn2. It is characterised by its excellent corrosion resistance, fatigue strength, and mechanical properties, particularly at elevated temperatures up to about 300°C.

Fabrication and Use
Excellent corrosion resistance to seawater and acidic solutions
Good scaling resistance at higher temperatures
Suitable for gas shielded arc welding and resistance welding
Machinability: About 50% (relative to free-cutting brass)
Used for marine components, chemical industry parts, nuts, bolts, bushings, bearings, and construction parts
