CC766S

CC766S is a cast aluminium brass alloy designated under EN 1982 standards, known chemically as CuZn37Al1. It is valued for its high strength, corrosion resistance, and excellent mechanical properties, often used in heavy-duty industrial and marine applications.

• Zinc (Zn): Balance (around 30 - 40%)

• Aluminium (Al): Approximately 0.75 - 2.50%

• Iron (Fe): Up to roughly 1.0%

• Manganese (Mn): Trace amounts, up to 1.0%

• Nickel (Ni): Usually not added or minimal

• Others (Pb, Sn, etc.): Minimal or absent
