CA107, also known as UNS C64200 or CW301G/CW302G, is an aluminium silicon bronze alloy recognised for its high strength combined with excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion, particularly in marine environments.

Aluminium (Al): 6.0 – 6.4%
Silicon (Si): 2.0 – 2.4%
Iron (Fe): 0.5 – 0.7%
Manganese (Mn): Max 0.1%
Nickel (Ni): Max 0.1%
Other trace elements: Max 0.5%
Mechanical Properties
Proof Stress (0.2%): 310 – 400 MPa
Tensile Strength: 550 – 650 MPa
Elongation: 30 – 40%
Hardness (Vickers): 160 – 190 HV

Excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, especially in seawater and marine atmospheres
